Shipping Options:

During COVID-19, we will offer FREE shipping to our customers, on all sheet music and books. Shipping charges for instruments and accessories are determined by weight and distance and are calculated at checkout. For large piano deliveries, a representative will contact you to arrange your delivery and discuss delivery fees.

International Shipping
All International orders are shipped Priority Mail International, and will incur varied charges based on weight and distance, which may not be calculated correctly from this site. Contact orders@billjonesmusic.com for more accurate information.

Local Pick-Up
For local pick-up, please allow time for our staff to receive and fill your order. Email confirmation will be sent to you once the order has been filled, and is ready for pick-up.  If you prefer, you may confirm your order with a phone call at 865.690.6465. During COVID-19, we are also offering contact free, curbside pickup. Simply call us when you arrive to pick up your order, and we will bring it out to your car.
